DAY 1: ARRIVAL HANOI- CITY TOUR
Pick you up at Noi Bai International airport on arrival and transfer to your hotel.
If there is time permits, we will start our city tour including visit Hochiminh President Complex (Hochiminh Mausoleum at outside, the house on stilts, presidential palace, the One Pillar Pagoda). next stop is the Temple of literature, which is built in 1070 and it is the first university of Vietnam.
Free time for dinner your own and Overnight Hanoi.
DAY 2: TRANG AN- BAI DINH PAGODA - KONG SKULL ISLAND (NINH BINH)
At 8.00 AM, We will pick you up at your Hotel and heading for Bai Dinh and Trang An,(also) Kong: Skull Island where The film was shot in Ninh Binh province, 100 km far away from south of Hanoi.
Will be Bai Dinh Pagoda, the biggest pagoda in Vietnam, whose majestic size and ornate Buddhist architecture create an imposing yet tranquil ambience. Here, you will see the Buddha Prayer Place which houses a 100-tonne bronze statue of the Buddha. You will then stop for lunch at a local restaurant which serves local specialities such as goat meat with elderberry.
After a delicious lunch, you will take a trip to the Trang An Scenic Landscape Complex which was recently recognised a UNESCO World Heritage Centre. Here, you will board a sampan (a small traditional wooden boat) and take a boat ride through the rich and diverse landscape. The sampan will take you to all best Trang An tourist attractions such as Sang Cave, Toi Cave, Ba Giot Cave, Nau Ruou in mystery and wildness, see scenery of mountain and rivers, special with stop over at the Kong: Skull Island studio, where an American monster action-adventure film directed by Jordan Vogt-Roberts and written by Max Borenstein, John Gatins, Dan Gilroy, and Derek Connolly just filmed in 2017.
A trip back to the mysterious and dangerous home of the king of the apes, the new film will follow a team of explorers (led by a character played by Tom Hiddleston), who venture deep inside the treacherous, primordial island to find the leader’s brother and a mythical serum, confronting extraordinary creatures along the way.
The film was shot in Quang Ninh, Quang Binh and Ninh Binh provinces over a five week period. They have shot all Vietnamese scene at Trang An-Tam Coc, a complex of mountains and rivers in the northern province of Ninh Binh, some famous caves in the central province of Quang Binh, and Ha Long Bay too.
Tour ends, will drive back Hanoi and arrival Hanoi at around 5.00PM. Overnight Hanoi (B/L)
DAY 3: HANOI-HALONG BAY CRUISES (aboard)/ Shuttle bus
Have breakfast at hotel and around 08.30 Am, our shuttle bus will come to pick up and depart for Halong Bay, some 170 km away from Hanoi and drive down to the biggest delta (the Red River delta), great opportunity for stopping along the way for taking pictures of local daily activities.
On arrival, board the traditional sailing junk. Whilst cruising the exquisite waters sample the regions fresh seafood.
Visit the recently discovered Surprise Grotto with its great views, and on the next island see the yawning mouth of Bo Nau Cave. Alternatively journey to Dau Go Cave and nearby see the famous stalagmites and stalactites of Thien Cung Cave. Enjoy a swim in the emerald waters of Halong Bay at any spot that you wish to visit.
Watch the sunset over the bay whilst enjoying a delicious dinner. Overnight on board junk (B/L/D)
DAY 4: HALONG BAY CRUISE- HANOI DEPARTURE
Wake up to fresh coffee and a wholesome breakfast before cruising back to Halong City. En route, the junk weaves through strange-shaped rock formations that invite comparisons from fighting cocks to dragons and even General de Gaulle’s nose!
After another wonderful fresh seafood lunch on board disembark at the dock at Halong City.
Meet back the shuttle bus and driver back Hanoi on the same road, meet our private bus when get back Hanoi and transfer back Noi Bai International airport for flight onwards, tour ends at airport (B/ L)
